You don't with IcyBoards, you will have to use their image hosting service and change all of the image locations in the .CSS to that, or find a theme that is already "pre-installed" if you will so that the images are in the correct place.

You can upload the images through the theme image manager. You just need to zip the folder. Please see this tutorial.
