i wanna know how do i make new pages? it's myfirst time i own a forum so i don't know much about it, i would like you to tell me step by step please and i would really appreciate it

i wanna make a new pages in myforum and put on it whatever and different designs

like custom ban pages tottaly different from the forum

for example

myforum.net/rules

myforum.net/bans
