Okay, well, I have mybb on one of my other websites, and I love it. But me and a couple of people are starting up a new project, and I was wondering if this is possible.... Is it possible to have the forum software to be on a html page? Like could I put it here? So I could still have my custom header and footer of my website, and have it in the middle?

you can use custom header and custom footer for MyBB forum.
you can modify code in header template and footer template to get required appearance

Okay, I know I sound like a noob, but could I do html coding inside of the php? Or how would I edit the header and footer template?

You just install mybb to your website and then in CSS and Template you are going to change code and design it.
