do backup and make sure the following is checked

analyse and optimise selected tables yes

perform a sequential Backup yes <---- This Is not there In the menu so what do I do I continue

What I trying to do is move the forum to a new domain on the same hosting server can you help whys is there no opition for

preform a sequential Back up it mean to be set to yes

Download (required) i ever put on my folder of backups - any option was required
Structure and Data: Yes (required) -
Analyse and Optimise Selected Tables: YES (optional)

Only make sure this are put and select on backup folder, to make a quick and entire backup to your admincp folder and inside backup.

You have to make your backup, then you have to download this via FTP.

Then you have to follow next steps.

What do I do when old forum to new server where do I use the back up created on old mybb admin panel

You have to create a new database in the new server, upload the database backup through tools like phpMyAdmin and then change the database values to reflect the new server.
