Hello When i want to access my admin cp its appear blank page
example http://mysite.com/admin/index.php but when i access using this link http://mysite.com/admin/index.php?module...g-settings i can able to access.

Whats the wrong with the admin/index.php please help me

No i remove redirecting now. i just use it for not getting the blank page but no benifit

your forum's admin panel login still has 301 redirect and 301 redirects should be used with utmost care

No no i remove the redirect code from .htaccess
