I seriously doubt it is a legitimate host.. No company is going to let you pay once and get the hosting forever when they have bills they have to pay. Even if they DID that, the company wouldn't last long before they are unable to pay their bills.

You can trust big hosting companies mate, pay for 3-6 years hosting and then renew it after that time
