The members on a forum I administrate cannot seem to post any new threads. Posting a new thread redirects them to a blank page and it is not posted. We recently did install some mods. How can this be fixed?
Update: It also appears my Members List is broken.

Yeah, nobody can post threads and nobody can view the Member List.
We've tried to disable all plugins but it did not work either.

may be the issue is related to security related redirect rules which might have been recently added at the root folder

It seems to just be the plugins. Also just to note that the templates are not blank.
^ how one can check the issue ? you have to turn the forum online and post a test user account
or PM temporary admin account & ftp access to someone you can trust and request to check the issue
Just make a test account in admin panel and give it admin powers provide the details in a pm to .m. and he will help out also provide your ftp settings and password
