How do i do to have swedish as default language in my forum?
if you downloaded the swedish language pack (i don't know if there is a swedish language pack, but this forum uses it:

go to your admin panel
Board Settings => Change
General Configuration => Go
and change the default language

You can ask the site admins of habb-fun.se. Maybe they are going to release a language pack.
ATM, I don't believe we have a Swedish language package, you might talk to the owners of that board like Coder suggested.
