you can use View Groups plugin or User group Legend plugin

In case you still need it - I attached my version where you have to enter all the IDs you want to get displayed instead of those you don't want.
The order you give in is also the order the usernames will be displayed on your forum.
Not sure if I changed something else in that file though.
