the icons are done completely wrong. they should be inserted through CSS, not <img, & use 1 image to host all of the icons. if you look at the icons under black background CSS the outlines are showing. the 1 image hosting all the icons should have an alpha channel also. 
my smiles also do not embed to posts when clicked.
that being said are there any complete replacement packs of high quality icons?
