I just upgraded to 1.6.11 from 1.6.9
everything seems to work

I can log on the admin CP, I have all my options there, but if I click on 1 of them, it gives me the following error:

ensure that all the files are uploaded to correct locations. if you are using cloudflare then try this

I used the mybb script
so i hope they are in the right location?

I cannot access any admin tools.
I only get the 1st admin login, to the general area.
the other options kick me out

My settings seem correct:

$settings['cookiepath'] = "/";
$settings['cookieprefix'] = "";

but when I try to access any admin functions, I can not.
my username and password just error out with

^ it appears that some of the upgrade files are not overwritten in the admin folder. re-upload all those files
or would you like to PM me temporary access to ftp & forum admin panel and change credentials later
