Hi,

Im the admin to my forum, however it occasionally "bans" users?

I have tried deleting their username accounts and asking them to re-register, but it still says they are banned?

any help??

what are the anti-spam plugins you are using ?
Akismet plugin is found to be not working perfect on MyBB - it might ban genuine members
