Does MyBB 1.6.11 compatible with php 5.4.20?
Is there any known issues between MyBB 1.6.11 & php 5.4.20?
There have been no reports of compatibility issues with PHP 5.4.20 and the latest version of MyBB. MyBB should run fine on PHP 5.1 through 5.5.

Yes... I'm unsure why you think it might not be compatible, PHP 5.4 isn't even the latest PHP version.

in one i use 5.4 in other i use 5.5...
both work perfectly

Now I upgraded to php 5.4.20 & MyBB powered site is working fine, no errors.
I am using php 5.4.4-14+deb7u5 and have run into zero issues.
I can't forsee any reason that you would run into any issues with any branch of php 5.4 there are only security patches, bug fixes and minor performance enhancements occurring
