Hi,

i am facing a strange issue.
My forums are using lots of cache and on mobile login is not working properly.

check with :

http://education-talk.com/
username: alex
password: amamam

when you login to the forum you will be shown as guest and when you refresh the page you will be shown as logged in.
this also happens on my other forum http://worldofdth.com which also using mybb.
Even on my vbulletin forum i am having this login problem and on other areas of forums also.

i have already tried clearing cache of browser and tried n other browsers and pcs also but the problem is still there. Check urself.
This is only happening with the forums i have on my server not on other sites and forums that are not on my server.

have asked host but they don't know why its happening.

please can someone help me in this issue.
Is this a server issue or script issue?
Might sound like a cookie issue, or a server issue where the database doesn't update as it shows the user logging in (and updates once the person refreshes the page). By mobile theme do you mean a custom theme you have created, or the MyBBGM (MyBB GoMobile) plugin?
Does this happen with only your account, or with all accounts? Also what is using the most cache space (a screenshot of the cache amounts would be helpful).
Can you post the contents of your .htaccess file? The cache rules are definitely too broad (Loading a page multiple times in a row doesn't even send a request to the server, it just loads the one in my browser cache).

no, not mobile theme on the general default theme that the users access on pc also.
It is happening with all accounts and the sites are using cache the most.

@cameron,

here is the htaccess file code:

# EXAMPLE .htaccess FOR MYBB WITH GOOGLE SEO URL
# -------------------------------------------------------------------
# This file is identical to MyBB's htaccess.txt example file,
# with rewrite rules for a standard Google SEO install added.
#
# Before using this file please make sure to:
#
# - replace /MyBB/ with your forum folder, e.g. / or /forum/
# - replace yoursite/MyBB with your forum URL
# - name the file '.htaccess' (starting with the dot, no .txt)
#
# Alternatively you can add the required rewrite rules to your
# existing .htaccess, the specific rules required will be displayed
# on the plugin status page once Google SEO URL is enabled.
# -------------------------------------------------------------------

Options -MultiViews +FollowSymlinks -Indexes

# If mod_security is enabled, attempt to disable it.

Regarding education-talk.com domain, the issue is caused by MyBB caching as well. Could you disable the browser cache (Send No Cache Headers will need to be enabled) on the sites using MyBB and check the same after clearing your browser cache.

but that no cache headers option is already set to yes in education-talk.com. what to do now?
