Guys is it normal that I have 1070 users registered but when sending a mass email it says 769 even though I have all the user groups selected including banned!!!!

Perhaps some have opted out from recieving e-mails from administrators from their user profile?

Strange because I have this option deleted from the template and I have ran sql query!

UPDATE `mybb_users` SET `allownotices` = '1' WHERE `allownotices` = '0'

Is this query correct?
