i remember the israeli site.. the site was closed?
i have the hebrew version but the translate is for 1.0
can i use the translate for 1.2.2?

i can translate it to hebrew and open a israeli site about this system, but i need a sub domain

No, the language files have changed drastically, so it will not fully work.

You may translate into Hebrew and make a unofficial support site if you wish, however you will have to provide your own hosting.
