So while I was working on the theme for my site, I realized my breadcrumb had disappeared, and I don't know why. Could you please give me the code and what template it goes into? Thank you!

Add <navigation> to header.

Make sure your Navigation Templates are ok, revert them in blue Options menu next to each of them.
