as you see in the picture, it has weird symbols how do i get rid of them

Looks like unicode encoding errors.
Did you edit the files for the plugin at all?
If so, make sure you saved them as unicode/UTF-8.
If not, try upload them again, making sure your FTP client is set to use binary mode for the files
