Have you tried what I've suggested?
I don't want to reupload all the mybb files again
This mean I will start from zero
But I tried to replace the error folders and deactivate plugins
And uninstall them
But still the same

Your forum won't be affected. All the data is stored in the database. The files can be replaced without any issue.
Are you sure
You mean I copy and past all folders and files
Like I did when I opened the forum
Or just copy and past a specific files
Cause I have tried to replace the files before and it made the forum start from the very begining

It appear that the last mod I installed has a file called
Functions.php
When I deleted all the mods files and install the original functions. Php
It is back to normal
