Followed the guide and even had help from a friend, Uploaded, CHMOD'd correctly to all specific files but when it comes to entering the actual install weburl it gives me a 404 error (website is live)

Using MySQL 5.1.72
Uploaded through cPanel on webhost and also FTP through FileZilla
Any help?
