hey everyone! i have a big problem with my website.

its hebrew domain and its hebrew lang on site.
when im try to edit post im get in this error:
- its not CMHD problem! i have hosting who dont need to give 777 or something like that.
- i create new file: .htaccess and put this there: SetEnv TZ Israel
i think it makes the problem but i delete the file and still im getin error.
my plugins: Akismet (not active), Google SEO, Hello World! (no active), Hello PluginLibrary! (no active), Image Resizer & Optimizer with GD, Clean Favicon, Nofollow external, Thank You/Like System
PluginLibrary - i dont know why i cant active this plugin im gettin the massage: The selected plugin does not have to be activated..
so what do you think?
