after save it and refresh browser , nothing happen ?

You need to hard refresh - press CTRL + F5 or SHIFT + F5.

i test in other browser , chrome firefox also no response ?

^ you have to turn on development mode at the cloudflare before doing any changes in the forum.
you can use cloudflare manager plugin to turn on the development mode
