On my forum, around 20K spam users have registered then i have enabled different plugins to stop spam registering and it is working fine.

My question is... how i can delete spam registered users ?

Generally you just need to manually delete them. You can however use the user prune system to delete all users with no posts or all users who aren't activated.

Go under Admin CP --> Users & groups --> users --> view --> manage views --> Create new view

This will help FIND the users. In "Results per page" add 150 or 200. Then all you have to do is to click Select all and delete them.
