Well, the forum I backed up I closed due bots attacking it again.
I just have one more thing to check in on the forums right now, but when I have it closed now, the templates on forum is crashed and when I log into /admin and go to configure it throws me back to admin login screen.
I can't go nowhere in admin panel other than the index page.
So I simply can't open the forum now.
Is there any way I can change a config file or something in FTP server so it opens?

I found /inc/settings.php
$settings['boardclosed'] = "1";
I changed it to 0, but it seems to be closed still.
