If I use and include a plugin licensed under the GPL V3 license in a theme I'm designing and planning on releasing, do I have to release the whole package (theme + plugin) under GPL, or can I release the theme itself under other terms and the plugin included in it under the GPL license?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the whole package has to be GPL.

In a way, that should always be the case, as MyBB itself is released under GPL.

What I mean is, more specifically, if I can add terms to the theme like; no removing of copyright, no redistribution, no claiming as own work etc. while it includes this plugin.
