I created a new favicon.ico for MyBB and for some reason even though I've put CloudFlare in "Development Mode" and refreshed my browser I can't get it to display the new favicon.

Using FTP I've tried completely deleting the old file then uploading the new but it still continues to display the old one.

Where is it cached so I can clear the cache and get the new one to display?

Is there a statement in MyBB that would let me hardcode the favicon.ico file?
