Take a look at Relative Time, a module for MyNetwork.

This is also the default behavior in MyBB 1.8.

i download all the files and upload

i cant find the settings

i mean i active and i upload al the staff

and its dont change anything

Settings should have been added to (Admin CP -> General Configuration -> Date & Time Formats)
