I would like to put custom profile fields in threads,because my forum its about my WoW Guild,and i would like to have some fields like in-game characters,and also talents to choose(healer,dps,tank) and others...would anyone want to help me to do that?im newbie in mybb and dont know how to modify the core

You don't have to edit core file, you need to modify templates:
http://docs.mybb.com/Admin_CP_Templates.html

Add:

XXX: {$post['fidX']}

to postbit_author_user template.

Replace X with profile field id and XXX with its description. Also apply styling if needed.
