Hello,i would like to move profile details in threads from horizontally to vertically.

Switch to classic postbit.
There are 2 locations that you have to cover.

User Specific Settings:
User CP > Edit Options > Thread View Option > Check "Display posts in classic mode".

To make it Default for the board:
ACP > Configurations > Settings > Show Thread Options > Post Layout
