I didn't even touch this file, and this happened

(The message editors like fonts and things like that is gone!)

What's your forum URL? This occurs when the Javascript files have been modified to some extent.

Fixed it.... For some reason the forum wanted to access a folder directory that was never created, called "modern"..? I decided to create the directory at /jscripts/editor_themes/
and add the images folder, stylesheet.css, and index page. That fixed it. Only said how to fix it just incase anyone else encounters this problem >_>.
