I have double up on the security question and double up on the captcha on my user registration page. I don't suppose this qadruples the security so I would like to have only one of each.

I tried to disable all plugins also the security question. That still leaves 2 captchas.

Forum is a few months old v. 1.6.12 and I also had this issue in 1.6.11

I think it could be a template issue...

look for repeated code in member_register template (Member Templates) and remove the repetition
