Hundreds and thousands of errors leading to mysite.com/index.php, but the actual site address is mysite.com/forum/index.php

I've checked backend configuration, everything reads /forum. Htaccess seems set properly as well.

I am using Google SEO plugin, but don't see any configuration setting for setting domain name, so I'm assuming this isn't the issue.

I don't actually see any errors when using the site. So not sure exactly what's going on.

In cpanel, the error log is reading something like this

Any ideas what could be leading to mysite.com/index.php instead of mysite.com/forum/index.php?

Check your settings. Your board url (bburl) needs to begin with http:// or https://. If that's not the case, check your templates for any links which begin with mysite.com instead of http://mysite.com.
