My forum url destination is set up as /forum and my home page was a blog. I deleted wordpress and wanted to make the forum the home page so I wanted to get rid of /forum.
I followed the prompt where I go inside my inc/settings.php and change the board URL and hit save changes. Well that worked for the most part but something is still wrong.
When I log into the board or admin panel it does not keep me logged in... What is the problem?

Solved. I went back into the settings.php and went to cookie path and deleted the /forum.
