Well guys i use the same host for several domains and i edited settings.php only because no need to edit the databse since same host what ever after i moved everything i got this error : http://i.imgur.com/dEzrebg.png

I think i did everything correct

i edited the following :

$settings['cookiedomain'] = ".murkd.net";
$settings['bburl'] = "http://murkd.net/forums/";

My forums : http://murkd.net/forums/

Try reuploading ./inc/init.php.

can you check if init.php file physically exists and it is readable by the system
see also permissions of files and folders

I checked CHMOD
,i found something that when i move it back to chronic-cs.com and edit settings.php again it works properly on chronic but it doesnt work on murkd.net and im using the same host .
