I locked myself out of my admin account, and I cannot login to it. I have another admin account that I edited from the database users, but I don't have permission to edit the user as the account I'm on isn't a "super admin"

It said it will email me instructions on how to reset my account, but it doesn't send it...

Is there a way I can get back into my 'Super Admin' account when it is locked out?

I do have the info but I can't login...
