hello everyone

i need help plz, i have a serious probleme with the attachments, exactly in the .txt files

after i upload the file successful and post the thread. when i click for view the txt file (in browser of course without dowload it) i have the text not complet. some letters in the end of text not appears. but when i download the .attach file via ftp and rename the extention to .txt file i have the file with the complet text!!!! i replace all the mybb files in the ftp with new files. and i make a restore for the database. but still same problem. help me plz.

this problem appear after a change of webhosting

mybb 1.6.10
webhosting : ovh (previous hosting is ipage)

link to an exemlple : http://garage-automotive.com/showthread.php?tid=1612 this attachments .txt file have "www.garage-automotive.com" as contents, but it show in browser "www.garage-aut"

i change the engine in my server from php to phpcgi
