What's your favorite operating system on servers?
Also, what do you guys recommend between CentOS 6 and Debian 6?
I am no good with server management, but I have played with a box using CentOS and it is quite stable. Thats it. Never used Debian except once on my desktop.

Windows Server 2012 - Why, because as of tomorrow, I will carry my Surface RT around, and as it doesn't support SSH...

Debian.
FreeBSD is my personal preference.
My favorite? Arch
What I would recommend? Ubuntu/debian
