code does not work.

Show Thread Templates > showthread_moderationoptions and mybb_theme.xml

Find:

{$softdeletethread}

Add below:

<option value="restorethread">{$lang->restore_thread}</option>

This is from the Soft Delete feature which is still WIP - no every part of it has been included yet

Of course the thread has to be soft deleted to be able to restore it. Showing both options at the same time makes not much sense.
