Hello,
My partner has deleted 1 username in the database and said that it was for security as the user requested to delete his account.

I did not tolerate or like it. I told him to restore it back.

He says that if he tries to inject the database, it might mess up the whole database.

I have 20,000 members forums and the user he deleted was uid=200

The user had 1,000 posts etc.

not easy since there are multiple tables that would need to be updated. if you have a backup of the DB, you can install that to another database, then extract from all the tables where the UID is the one you want and then insert those records back into the primary database.
