MyBB Community Forums

When trying to access my forum (forum.unityofaprince.com) today, I received the error which is shown in the attached screenshot.

I have MyBB 1.6.8 and it's on a Hostgator server, in case that is of any help.

How can I solve this problem to save my forum and to access it again?

(Please keep it as simple as possible, I don't really know anything about databases and stuff like that. TT-TT )

You need to run this query on the database:

repair table mybb_sessions

You should upgrade your forum to the latest stable release of MyBB, your forum is vulnerable otherwise.

Ah, thanks. It took me some time to figure out where to run this query, but now the matter is solved. Thank you so much!

Well... I would love to upgrade my forum. But unfortunately, I have no idea how to do so. TT-TT So I simply don't know what to do with a forum upgrade file and the database, even if I download the newest version MyBB.
