Whenever an admin tries to edit a user through the admin CP, they get this message:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
We were using 1.6.10, and we upgraded to 1.6.12, but the error still persists.
Said user is also unable to post; whenever he does so, he gets a 403 error.
