I am trying to figure out how to do two thing on our board.

First of all I would like to modify the Registration Agreement Document but can not find the file.

Next, we've turned on the Administration Registration but when a new member tries to register the Forum does not send out an email notice to the Administrators. Does anyone know how to turn this on?
