1st I made the backup via ACP, and every time I try to restore it to my localhost, via phpmyadmin or bigdump script alwayes error, then I made the backup via phpmyadmin in zip file, then whene i restore it via phpmyadmin it's giving me this warning,
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at D:\wamp\phpmyadmin\libraries\header_meta_style.inc.php:27) in D:\wamp\phpmyadmin\libraries\common.lib.php on line 1154
and the toplinks, still connect to the remote url, not my localhost url.
and it's unable to restore with bigdump.
Any Idea?
Try restoring the phpMyAdmin backup with bigdump?

Also, are you running the latest phpMyAdmin?

no there is not a backup restore tool as standard
here you can see a backup restore module (beta testers needed)
