I'm Not really looking for a plugin i'm looking for like code so after they click submit will be sent to my email.

You can use forms here or can create new one:

You need Page Manager to create a new page and then add your contact form in it.

You can create new page without Page Manager, but yes, with that plugin its easiest way i think.
