I'm trying to import "mybb_forums" from my old database into my new one, and it will not work as I get that SQL error.
"#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1 "
I opened it in Notepad++ and this is line 1:
-- phpMyAdmin SQL Dump
On my site, it only adds the first Category & forum. Doesn't add the second forum or any other categories.
EDIT: I went into AdminCP & went to forum management, it still showed the dafault "My Category" and "My Forum". I hit edit on the my category it showed what it does is the file I was trying to upload then everything else got added in. I don't know why this ever happened but it's solved now.
