Hey,

Is there a plugin to show an info bar when entering a certen forum like vb has?

What I mean:

Its inbuilt.

Use Forum Announcements.
ACP > Forums & Posts > Forum Announcements

Hay, thanks for the help but, thats not the same as what I want it to be.

I want it to be like in the picture, what this does is this :

Just makes a forum with in that forum the message..

That is what I have pointed to, I think.
You can even make the forum announcements from:

ModCP > Announcements.
(http://yoursite.com/modcp.php?action=announcements)

This is what I use for everything. You can do a lot with it.

That plugin created a forum with in that forum a post .. :s nothing like the preview pictures.
It's prob. my theme causing this -_-
