I cannot post in the shoutbox. Though there are no posts, and no one has posted in it yet, it gives everyone the error saying someone else needs to post before they can post "again". Is there any way I can resolve this problem?

EDIT: Its also returning "Unknown Location" or something like that when I try to see who is online.

I had that happen too. For some reason, it fixed itself after a few days, so I can't really give any help as to how it did it.
