disable recently added plugin(s) / modification(s) and check if the referred issue resolves
or you can temporarily disable all the plugins and check it
admin panel >> configuration >> settings >> General Configuration >> disable all plugins --> yes

Didn't Work ;(

there was a simple mistake - title end tag was missing in forumdisplay template
