I cant really contact you to help. Here is a thread that should help you carry along: http://community.mybb.com/thread-27771.html
Moving is fairly easy. Export your DB (if you have SSH access use the command line tools - otherwise use phpMyAdmin). Copy your current forum directory structure via FTP to your computer. Transfer both to the new host. Add (either via SSH using mysql command line or phpMyAdmin) your DB using the same username/password you have on your current site. Transfer the forum structure over to the correct location on your new server, change the DNS entry to point at the new server IP and viola - you are done.

If you are unable to use the same username/password for the mysql DB then you will need to edit the /inc/config.php to reflect the correct username/password combo.

If both are using cPanel it should be an even easier matter of doing a cPanel to cPanel transfer.
Who is a good hosting service (Like HostGator) that provides the newest version of MyBB?

I am buying a second service solely for the Forum.

Is this where to go to buy? ; https://www.arvixe.com/

Why would you want to buy a second hosting package to host just your forum (unless your forum is HUGE). You can put everything onto one hosting package (sub dir's).

If you do decide to buy another host, Don't buy hosting based off of preinstalled (click of a button installer) software. It is usually outdated.

It only takes 5min to download/upload/setup DB and install from scratch.
SOLVED;

Hello,

I opened a new account for my forum on a new we server (needed extra space anyway).
The new server has the newest version of MyBB.

Love it! Also noticed that so far for past week not one spam bot registering.

Also realized that even though their is still no choice for a email registration noticed to administrator (probably have use a plug in) I have decided this is actually good; its better security. On another persons forum there are a lot of hackers who send phony emails. If administrator is busy, clicks without checking its address; could get a virus. So I am opting out of email notify. Will just check registers each day and activate or block.
