So I've done the upgrade and it worked fine.
Now the theme is screwed up and I read:
"You can either revert these templates to their default - meaning all the changes you've made to it will be removed - or you can see a Diff Report which will show you exactly what's changed."
Ok, but how? I have for example myadvertisment plugin and that's one of the changes shown in the diff report. Should I just click on Full Edit and click save? And can I do this with all templates or will that cause issues?

Update: I went ahead and clicked to save changes on all templates and thanks to Stefan's reply in this thread http://community.mybb.com/thread-149728.html I was able to see the updates as well and it all looks fine.
